2 dead, 6 wounded, gunman in custody after shooting at Florida State University

A 20-year-old is in custody after allegedly opening fire and killing two people on the campus of Florida State University.

The gunman and at least six others are reportedly injured, the Associated Press reports.

The AP identified the gunman as Phoenix Ikner, “the son of a sheriff’s deputy whose former service weapon was used in the shooting.”
