Vice President JD Vance and his wife Usha are expecting their fourth child, the second lady announced Tuesday on social media.

“We’re very happy to share some exciting news. Our family is growing!” she posted on X above a message bearing the vice-presidential seal.

“We’re very excited to share the news that Usha is pregnant with our fourth child, a boy,” the message reads. “Usha and the baby are doing well, and we are all looking forward to welcoming him in late July,” meaning she is about three months pregnant.

“During this exciting and hectic time, we are particularly grateful for the military doctors who take excellent care of our family and for the staff members who do so much to ensure that we can serve the country while enjoying a wonderful life with our children.”

Both the vice president and second lady’s signatures are below the message.

Vance and the Trump administration have advocated for Americans to have more children.

The child will join siblings Ewan, Vivek and Mirabel.
