A community college with high school programs is reviewing its “campus policies” after a sadomasochistic drag queen straddled a young girl at a school event.

Forsyth Technical Community College in Winston-Salem is scrambling to revise its policies after a video of the event showed minors attending without parental consent.

In the video, a drag queen straddles a young girl seated on a chair whose hands are raising in front of her mouth, with the male performer’s waist brushing against the girl’s hand.

The dancer, named Erica Chanel, was wearing thigh-high boots and a pink bodysuit without pants.

Chanel’s website previously used the tag line: “The brand whore that always gives you more” and features photos labeled “S&M,” an abbreviation for sadomasochism. However, the website was recently taken down.

The Daily Mail said the event, which was sponsored by the school’s gay pride club, was attended by under-aged children.

Paula Dibley, the school’s chief officer of student success and strategic innovation, said the girl being straddled in the video is a student and that “parents of children under 18 were not notified of this event in advance,” according to Fox News.

“We have been in close contact with our early college school leadership and are talking with both leaders and parents about how we can revise campus policies and procedures regarding early and middle college students’ attendance at campus events,” she said.

Early and middle college refer to the high school programs hosted by Forsyth, one of which is supposed to be a magnet school.

Forsyth Public Health Director Joshua Swift told Fox News in a statement that while the health department spent money on the event, they were unaware who the attendees might be.

“Our staff was aware that there would be drag performances but was not involved with planning the event and had no information regarding the age of the attendees,” said Swift.

“We spent $58 on supplies from the department’s operational budget which is funded locally and in-part by the State of North Carolina. We do not condone the actions that allegedly took place during the event,” added Swift.

However, it’s unclear if these public officials took any action to prevent such inappropriate behavior from occurring.
