President Donald Trump confirmed he received an MRI at his recent visit to Walter Reed Medical Center, calling it “perfect.”

“It was perfect, yeah,” he told reporters aboard Air Force One on his way to Tokyo on Monday, confirming the MRI. “I mean, I gave you the full results. We had an MRI and the machine, you know, the whole thing. And it was perfect.”

Trump’s remarks came as his Oct. 10 visit to Walter Reed – the second one he has had this year – prompted questions about his health. At 79, Trump is the oldest ever to be inaugurated as American president.

Trump’s doctor, Sean Barbabella, confirmed after the visit that Trump “continues to demonstrate excellent overall health.”

“The visit was part of his ongoing health maintenance plan and included advanced imaging, laboratory testing, and preventative health assessments conducted by a multidisciplinary team of specialists,” a memo from Barbabella read, noting the visit was meant to ensure “cardiovascular health and continued wellness.”

It was not previously known that the “advanced imaging” disclosed by his doctor was an MRI. Trump did not elaborate on why he underwent the test, instead crediting his doctors for giving such “conclusive” reports.

“Nobody has ever given you reports like I give you,” Trump told reporters on Air Force One. “The doctor said some of the best reports for the age, some of the best reports they’ve ever seen.”

Trump’s health report comes as questions are still swirling about the health of his predecessor, former President Joe Biden. A House committee on Tuesday released a report alleging Biden’s staff abused the autopen amid the former president’s cognitive health decline.

“The findings reveal that as President Biden’s condition deteriorated, his aides exercised presidential authority and facilitated executive actions without his direct authorization, including misusing the autopen and failing to properly document decision-making processes,” a press release from the Oversight Committee reads.

Trump was also asked about running as vice president in 2028, but seemed to rule out the possibility.

“You’d be allowed to do that, but I wouldn’t do that,” he said. “I think it’s too cute.” Trump added that the “people wouldn’t like that” and that it “wouldn’t be right.”

Trump also commented on Elon Musk after the two publicly feuded earlier this year, calling their relationship these days “good.”

“I’ve always liked him,” Trump said. “He had a bad spell, he had a bad period. He had a bad moment. It was a stupid moment in his life, very stupid. I’m sure he’d tell you that. But I like Elon, and I suspect I always will.”
