To mark the release of a new food pyramid that encourages Americans to eat more protein and healthy fats, Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. turned to a spoof from South Park.

In a 30-second cartoon clip Kennedy posted Wednesday, he tells Tom Vilsack, who was U.S. Department of Agriculture in 2014, that the existing food pyramid is “upside down,” prompting the agency to unveil a revised version of the familiar graphic, evoking cheers from staff.

Kennedy added his voice to the old clip, which some say predicted U.S. policy more than a decade ago.

“Get the president on the phone,” Vilsack says at the end. “Tell him to have some steak with his butter.”
