NBA All-Star Cade Cunningham responded to a journalist’s question about where he gets his “aura” by giving glory to Jesus Christ.

“Cade, you’re so tough, man,” the reporter said at the NBA All-Star Game in Los Angeles on Sunday. “I mean, look at your dressing right now. You hoop so tough, you look so tough. Where do you get your aura from, and how can I get some?”

“Man, I get my aura from Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior,” the Detroit Pistons point guard responded. “God blessed me with parents who raised me in a way that I wouldn’t trade for the world.”

Cunningham has led the Pistons to the league’s best record this year and is a frontrunner for the Most Valuable Player Award, averaging 25.3 points, 5.6 rebounds, 9.6 assists, 1.5 steals and 0.8 blocks per game.
