Watch: ‘Tolerant’ Tim Walz angrily denounces Trump, Republicans

Failed vice-presidential candidate Tim Walz went off about President Donald Trump and his supporters, calling them “damn Republicans.”

“Think of how easy it would be to be a damn Republican,” Walz said at the Democratic National Committee’s summer meeting on Monday. “‘Oh, what should I wear today? This stupid frigg’n red hat. What should I say today? Oh, I don’t know, just make sure it’s cruel.’”

Walz, Minnesota’s governor who lost last year’s election alongside Kamala Harris, also criticized Trump’s new ban on burning American flags.

“He’s going to have flag burning or whatever, ‘cause he knows there’s a hell of a lot of flags with his picture on it that are gonna get burned.”
