The Biden Department of Education issued what’s known as a “Dear Colleague” letter as it continues to get blasted by all sides for the atmosphere of hatred exploding on college campuses in America.

Such Biden salvos show we have come full liberal drum-circle from “Occupy Wall Street,” which was supposed to represent the 99%, to “Occupy Anyone We Hate,” which represents the naked hatred of political enemies.

That progressives, now encouraged by a pandering Biden administration, created the mass race, sex, and ideological hatred that haunts America is not lost on most people.

Today’s excuse for hatred is the conflict in the Middle East, which was verging toward peace before Biden stumbled into – and through – the Oval Office.

In the latest “Dear Colleague” letter, the Biden administration reminded everyone that “discrimination against students and school community members who are or are perceived to be Jewish, Israeli, Muslim, Arab, Sikh, South Asian, Hindu, or Palestinian,” is against the law.

It’s notable that the Biden letter didn’t simply reference illegal discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex or national origin, as the law intended.

Given the selective treatment by the Biden administration of other people not mentioned in the message, the letter is better described as a “Dear Comrade” of the communist tradition.

This administration actively encouraged policies by public and private institutions that has discriminated against people based on race, skin color, sex, national origin, religion and association, in the same way some have used class to divide people.

In fact, since the dissolution of the Ku Klux Klan, it’s hard to find an organization that has done more to seed hatred in our country than the Biden administration has.

Let’s count some of the ways.

It was the Biden administration that argued on behalf of Harvard and the University of North Carolina for unconscionable race-based admission policies that avowedly discriminated against Asian students.

And even after the Supreme Court said such discrimination is illegal and has always been illegal under the plain meaning of Civil Rights and the U.S. Constitution, Biden refused to accept the decision.

The President from the progressive party, who promised to bring us together, criticized the decision as coming from “not a normal” court and saying, “We cannot let this decision be the last word.”

Then there is the matter of administration’s use of the FBI to investigate Catholics.

While the Biden Department of Justice exonerated itself of any “malicious intent” in the FBI investigations that targeted people they deemed “radical-traditionalist Catholics,” outside observers have noticed it’s part of a larger pattern of harassment of traditional Christians, who Biden perceives as political enemies.

“In the eyes of the Biden Department of Justice, these Christian patriots are the actual threat to the American way of life,” wrote former Trump Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Ben Carson, M.D., and Matthew Whitaker.

Then there is the attempted cram-down by the Biden team in re-writing Title IX to change the meaning of “sex” – which was supposed to protect biological women – into “gender” and “sexual identity” – which will just protect men pretending to be women.

The change so far mostly affects single sex rules about bathroom usage and sports participation.

But by re-writing the rule in this way, the administration once again put women on the defensive with the affirmative duty to show they were harmed by men.

“So, in effect, the new rule places the burden of proof on the female athletes who object to men in their sport,” Jennifer Braceras, the director of the Independent Women’s Law Center and a former member of the United States Commission on Civil Rights, told Chalkboard News.

And it puts the burden on women who object to men in their bathrooms.

Thus, we have come full circle, again, from passing laws that are supposed to protect women, to using those same laws to denigrate women, in order to protect some political comrades who literally represent less than 1% of Americans.

The Biden administration’s latest “Dear Colleague” letter and its actions created the atmosphere that legitimatizes discrimination, and it shows clearly no interest in collegiality.

Instead, it’s interested in a comradely country that divides so-called friends from enemies based on race, skin color, sex, national origin, religion and association.

There is nothing more un-American than that.
